		<description>You&#039;re right that the treadmill is a bit easier. It&#039;s easier because 1) the ground moves under you rather than you moving over the ground 2) it&#039;s completely flat and 3) you don&#039;t have any wind to deal with. 
 
But that said it&#039;s still good for you as long as you&#039;re getting some of your runs outside.  But to make the treadmill more like running outside trying lifting the elevation to .5 or 1% incline. That will make it more realistic and you&#039;ll be able to tell the difference. If you &#039;re running 3 miles on the treadmill, try the first half mile at 0% incline, the next half mile at .5% and then go to 1% for the remainder of your run. If your treadmill doesn&#039;t go up by half percentages just ramp up to 1% incline.</description>
